"Never give up" His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama

I traveled to Northindia, Himalayan region in 2009 when I was accepted to study and live at the Sarah College for higher Tibetan studies in Dharamshala (1972 established by H.H. the 14th Dalai Lama). The 2 year program included intensive study of Tibetan language, buddhist philosophy and culture.

After graduating the Sarah College program I went to Leh in Ladhak to participate in a Tibetan Medicine Course organized by the Men-Tsee-Khang (Tibetan Medical and Astro-science Institute, 1961 re-established in India by H.H. the 14th Dalai Lama). Well respected Tibetan Doctors gave teachings on the 1st and 2nd Tantra of the Sowa Rigpa tradition.

Continuing further studies in India and Nepal I was able to attend International Conferences and Workshops of Tibetan Medicine at the Men-Tsee-Khang and Mind, Body & Life Department in Dharamshala as well as at Sowa Rigpa International College in Kathmandu.

In 2014 I successfully completed my 3 year study at the academy of homeopathy, Gauting/Munich to became a Alternative Medicine Practitioner. With an internship at the Hospital for alternative medicine in Munich-Harlaching, I completed my medicine study.

I now travel to Dharamshala, Northindia occasionally to further my education in Tibetan medicine, language and buddhist philosophy.

Since 2017 I have opened my own practice in Munich.
